Can I replace my silver fillings with white fillings?
If you have visible silver fillings or amalgam fillings, we can replace them with white or tooth-coloured fillings for a more seamless, aesthetic look when you smile.
How long does Invisalign treatment take?
The length of your Invisalign treatment will depend on your own individual needs. Some milder cases only require 12 weeks of treatment, while complex cases can take up to 18 months. We will give you a proposed treatment time during your free consultation.
Is the dental practice accessible for wheelchair users?

The cost of dental implant treatment will depend on your individual needs and the exact treatment required to replace your missing teeth. At Needham Dental, our dental implant treatment costs start at £1600 for a single dental implant and crown.
How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign works using clear aligners that fit snugly over the teeth. These gently and safely move the teeth into the desired position over time. The aligners are worn in sequence, each one moving the teeth a little more than the previous one. Your dentist at Needham Dental will closely monitor your treatment to ensure everything is moving as predicted.
How do I fix a broken Invisalign aligner?
The short answer is… you don’t! If you break or damage one of your Invisalign aligners, contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to advise the best course of action – don’t worry, it happens!
Do I have to change my diet with Invisalign?
When you eat or drink during your Invisalign treatment, you must remove your aligners. This prevents damage but also stops food debris and bacteria becoming trapped in your aligners. The great news is that it also means you can eat and drink as normal!
